Can I get support for my travel and accomodation?

SUMMIT has very limited financial resources available and therefore we are unable to reimburse travel expenses or provide free accomodation for all participants. We are, however, very happy to provide letters of support for independent applications to cover your travel and accomodation. Additionally our facilitating committee can help, as much as possible, with finding sponsorship or additional funding.

For those wishing to organise a presentation, workshop or session during SUMMIT, and who cannot find sponsors, we may be able to offer stipends or small subsidies to cover expenses. If you would like to apply for a stipend, please contact us immediately.
