Hi,
My name is Eva Moraga. In 2006 I submitted a long study titled “Cultural Learning Organizations: A model” to City University (London—UK) as part of the requirements for the award of MA in Museum and Gallery Management. I wrote it when I was working at the ZKM Center for Art and Technology in Karlsruhe (Germany). I would like to share with you the models I developed (one applicable for any kind of organization and its evolved model for cultural organizations) and would love to meet other people and organizations that are interested in reflecting on new ways of challenging traditional practice of organizing. I think that my study can be used as a platform for generating debate and reflection about this issue.
As I cannot attend the Summit Conference, I would like to participate on-line and to contribute to the debates.
