science in cooking and the art of eating well
the title refers to the outstanding popular italian cook-book written by pellegrino artusi. i choose this title to sound a bit more academic or scientific ;) well, actually with this i propose a rather practical course in vegetarian cooking - appending a few basics on veganism.
we should gather in the morning around 10 - in order to buy food on a market - and than set up a vokue at bootlab; i'd like to focus on basic things as salt, the use of oil, cutting etc.
