Science in cooking and the art of eating well
the title refers to the outstanding popular italian cook-book written by pellegrino artusi. i choose this title to sound a bit more academic or scientific ;) well, actually with this i propose a rather practical course in vegetarian cooking - appending a few basics on veganism.
we should gather in the morning around 10 - in order to buy food on a market - and than set up a vokue at bootlab; i'd like to focus on basic things as salt, the use of oil, cutting etc.

venue and time?
well, unitednationsplaza sounds okay because of the kitchen in there. also the time sounds logic. but on sunday we can't buy fresh food in base of the concrete need of the day. so pls choose another day! joanne suggested monday for a kind of farewell cooking - that's also okay ... but sunday sounds more like service than experience ...
Monday is a bank holiday
There is a slight problem: Monday is a bank holiday here in Berlin. So you can't go shopping on that day either. Otherwise I think it's a brilliant idea to do a cooking workshop.
shame I could not make it on Monday :-(
