more or less - talk, discussion

could you imagine an open source system of learning and teaching without any governmental institutions? no schools? no universities? no degrees? for nobody? but free access to all kind of information? open minds and lots communication? everyone beeing involved? children, grownups, old people? learning by doing? finding solutions on your own or together?
that's what i would like to talk about. sharing ideas. trying to start some concept. figure it out. considering some kind of publication...
