A film as a teaching tool for organizing?

We made "Organisieren = Mobilsieren", a 25 min- documentary about the first german organizing campaign "Mit Sicherheit verdienen wir mehr- Respekt und bessere Jobs" about the organizing of security workers in Hamburg 2006 (the film is in german without english subtitles...)

We made this film for ver.di Hamburg and would like to present it somewhere at the summit.
Afterwards we wanna have a discussion with the audience. Instead of talking about this film we wanna discuss our planned new ver.di project, a film called "toolbox", a didactical and more profound introduction into organizing. That film is kind of a teaching tool to give union activists and people from different social movements deeper insights into the methods and techniques of organizing.

Together with the audience we would love to develop and brainstorm. The main question is: Which is the best way to present the methods and ideas of organizing in such a teaching tool....
